National Advocacy Forum
Debbie has attended the National Advocacy Forum each year since 2011. She adds her voice, our voice, to the many across the nation who are calling for increased research funding and resources towards finding a cure for this incurable disease.
Nearly 1,000 advocates representing all 50 states attended the 2014 Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Forum. Advocates urged their senators and representatives to support a $200 million increase in funding for Alzheimer’s research as well as co-sponsor the Alzheimer’s Accountability Act (S. 2192/H.R.4351) and the HOPE for Alzheimer’s Act (S. 709/H.R. 1507). #ENDALZ
